I. The collection and use of personal information

Personal information refers to information recorded electronically or
in other way that can identify a natural person individually, or in
combination with other information, including: mobile phone number,
user password, location information, camera, phone gallery, recording
information, microphone, log information, device information, IP
address.

Personal sensitive information refers to personal information that, if
disclosed, illegally provided or misused, may endanger the safety of
persons and property and can easily lead to damage to personal
reputation, physical and mental health or discriminatory treatment,
etc., including: mobile phone number, user password, location
information, etc. Sensitive personal information covered in this
policy will be highlighted in bold red font.

Anonymized processed information is information that through the
technical processing so that the subject can not be identified, and
after processing can not be restored. Anonymized processing of
information does not belong to personal information.

Valternative collects and uses your personal information for the
purposes described below in this policy:

(1) The collection and use of your personal information in delivery of
core business functions. Valternative may collect, save, and use the
following information about you to achieve the following features:
1) Information You Voluntarily Provide to Us

• Registered Account Data: When you register
an account with us, we may collect your account name and contact
details, such as your email address, phone number, user name, and
login credentials. During your interaction with the Services, we may
further collect your nickname, country code, language preference or
time zone information into your account.

• Non-registered Account Data: If you do not want to provide your
account data when you start to use any of the Services, you may still
use certain Services, such as searching and browsing features on the
App. Collection and use of the Personal Data collected here will be
limited to: the time of entering the App, operating system of your
mobile phone, and the purposes you have authorized in using the
additional functions of the App and/or the Smart Devices. For
instance, if you enable the location setting, the location data will
be uploaded for supporting the function. Once you exit, we will remove
your data instantly and permanently. However, if the Services you
request or purchase are based on your account, please go to the
registration/login page for guidance.

• Feedback: When using feedback and suggestion features in the
Services, we will collect your email address, mobile phone number and
your feedback content to address your problems and solve device
failures on a timely basis.
- Information based on additional functions:

In order to offer you with more convenient and higher-quality Services
with optimized user experiences, we may collect and use certain
information if you consent to use of additional functions in the App.
Please note, if you do not provide
such information, you may continue to use basic Services of the App
and connected Smart Devices, but certain features based on these
additional functions may not be available. These additional functions
may include:

Additional functions based on
location information:

When you enable the location-based functions through permission
settings on your mobile device, we will collect and process your
location information to enable these functions, such as pairing with
your Smart Devices. Also, we may collect information about your: a)
real-time and precise location, for instance when you choose to use
the automation scenarios for controlling your Smart Devices, or b)
non-precise geo-location when you use certain Smart Devices or the
Services, such as swap station.

You may disable the collection and use of your location information by
changing your mobile device settings ("My - Setting - Privacy Setting
- Switch on/off Location Information"), upon which we will cease to
collect and use your location information.

Additional services based on
camera:
-
You may use the camera to scan the code by turning on the camera
permission to pair with a Smart Device, take photo, etc. Please be
aware that even if you have agreed to enable the camera permission, we
will only obtain information when you actively use the camera for
scanning codes, video recording, etc. You may opt-out the using of
camera permission: "My - Setting - Privacy Setting - Switch on/off
Camera".

Additional services for accessing and uploading
pictures/image
based on photo albums (picture library):

You can use this function to upload your photos/pictures/image after
turning on the photo album permission, so as to realize functions such
as changing the avatar, releasing swap station by providing photo
proofs, etc. You may opt-out the using of photo album permission: "My
- Setting - Privacy Setting - Switch on/off Photo Album".

Additional services based on storage permission (Android):
-
The purpose is to ensure stable operation of the App by utilizing the
storage permission. After you give or indicate the permission to
read/write your mobile device’s storage, we will access pictures,
files, crash log information and other necessary information from your
mobile device’s storage to provide you with functions such as
information publications, or recording the crash log information
locally.

You may opt-out the using of storage permission: "My - Setting -
Privacy Setting - Switch on/off Storage".
-
Additional services based on Notification permission:
-
The reason why we ask you for the permission is to send you
notifications about using the Smart Devices or Services, especially if
you have purchased subscription service and you require an alert or
message so that you can capture the real-time status.

You may opt-out the using of App notifications: "My - Setting -
Privacy Settings - Switch on/off Notifications".
-
Additional services based on Bluetooth permission:
-
You can enable Bluetooth functions after turning on the permission,
including controlling the Smart Devices, acquiring status of,
discovering and configuring Smart Devices. In these functions, we will
communicate with Smart Devices via Bluetooth. Please be aware that
even if you have agreed to enable the Bluetooth permission, we will
only use Bluetooth for communication in these scenarios on VServ app:
Workstation ->Station Management ->Bluetooth Unlocking.

You may opt-out the using of Bluetooth via "My - Settings - Privacy
Setting - Disable/Enable Bluetooth permission".

Please note that if you turn on any permission, you authorize us to
collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with
corresponding Services. Once you turn off any permission, we will take
it as a cancellation of the authorization, and we will no longer
continue to collect Personal Data based on the corresponding
permissions, and the related functions may be terminated. However,
your decision to turn off the permission will not affect previous
collection and use of information based on your previous
authorization.
2) Information We Collect Automatically

• Mobile Device Information: When you interact with our Services, in
order to provide and maintain the normal operation of our Services, to
improve and optimize our Services, and to protect your account
security as well, we automatically collect mobile device information,
such as mobile device model number, IP address, wireless connection
information, the type and version of the operating system, application
version number, push notification identifier, log files, and mobile
network information. Meanwhile, we will collect your software version
number. In order to ensure the security of the operating environment
or to provide services, we will collect information about the
installed mobile applications and other software you use.

• Usage Data: During your interaction with our websites and Services,
we automatically collect usage data relating to visits, clicks,
downloads, messages sent/received, and other usage of our websites and
Services.

• Log Information: When you use the App, in order to improve your user
experience, the system and exception log may be uploaded, including
your IP address, language preference setting, operating system
version, date or time of access, so that we can facilitate and
accurately identify problems and help you solve them in timely manner.

Please note that one cannot identify a specific individual by using
device information or log information alone. However, if these types
of non-personal information, combined with other information, may be
used to identify a specific individual, such information will be
treated as Personal Data. Unless we have obtained your consent or
unless otherwise provided by data protection laws and regulations, we
will aggregate or desensitize such information.
3) Smart Devices Related Information:

When you use a Smart Device, we will collect some basic and
pre-embedded information of the Smart Device and the information
generated during your use of the Smart Device.

Basic Information of Smart Devices:
When you connect your Smart Devices with the Services, we may collect
basic information about your Smart Devices such as device name, device
ID, online status, activation time, firmware version, and upgrade
information.

Information collected during the process of connecting to a Smart
Device:
If you need to connect the Smart Device via Bluetooth, we will collect
the Mac address of the smart device.

Information Reported by Smart Devices:
Intelligent devices only report their own operating status and faults.
Your limited operations on smart devices are all completed through the
app, therefore, smart devices will not collect and report information
related to user privacy.

Exceptions with authorized consent You fully understand and agree that
Esquare collects and uses your personal information without your
consent and may not respond to your request to correct, modify,
delete, and log off the information if:
- 1. related to national security, national defense security.

2. related to public safety, public health, major public interests.
-
3. In connection with judicial or administrative law enforcement, such
as

4. in order to safeguard the lives of you or other individuals,
property and other major legitimate rights and interests.

5. the personal information collected is your own disclosure to the
public.

6. obtaining personal information from legally publicly disclosed
information, such as legitimate news reports, government information
disclosure and other channels.

7. according to the signing and performance of relevant agreements
with you or other written documents necessary.

8. used to maintain the safe and continuous operations of the products
or services provided, such as the detection, disposal of product or
service failure.
- 9. necessary for legitimate news reporting.

10. according to your requirements to achieve product functions and
services necessary.

11. When an academic research institute conducts statistical study or
research, and in the public interests discloses results of academic
research or description, which contains de-labeled personal
information.

You are aware that the services mentioned above may require you to
turn on your location (geolocation), camera (camera, microphone),
phone gallery, and Bluetooth on your device to enable the collection
and use of the information involved. You can view the status of
these permissions in your device settings, and you can turn them on
or off at any time at your discretion.
Please understand and agree that by granting any permission, you
authorize us to collect and use the relevant personal information to
provide you with the corresponding services. When you turn off any of
the permissions, indicating your withdrawal of the consent, Esquare
will no longer continue to collect and use the relevant personal
information based on the corresponding permissions, and will not be
able to provide you with the services accordingly. However, your
decision to turn off permissions does not affect the collection and
use of information based on your previous authorization prior to the
change.
II. The use of cookies and similar technologies

Cookies and similar technologies are commonly used in the Internet.
When you use the Esquare service, Esquare may store cookies, Flash
cookies, or other local storage (collectively, "cookies") on your
computer or mobile device that typically contains identifiers, site
names, and some numbers and characters. Cookies enable websites to
store data such as your preferences or items in your shopping cart.
Esquare uses cookies and similar technologies to better understand and
improve its product or service, ensuring the safe and efficient
operation of the product and service.

Esquare may set cookies or anonymous identifiers for authentication
and security to confirm that you are safely logged into the Services
or that you have been involved in illegal acts such as theft, fraud,
etc. These technologies also help Esquare improve service efficiency,
sign-in and responsiveness. Esquare undertakes not to use cookies for
any purpose other than those described in this policy.
III. How we store personal information
- 1) The period of information storage

1. Account information: Esquare will retain your personal information
while you use the Esquare platform service. Upon request to cancel
your account, Esquare deletes the corresponding information.

When you request the deletion of personal information or the
cancellation of your account, Esquare will store your existing
personal information for the minimum period specified by law or
regulation, and Esquare will no longer use your personal information
commercially for the minimum period required by law and regulation.
Esquare anonymizes your personal information beyond the
above-mentioned period of storage, but your request to cancel your
account may not be subject to a minimum period of storage for the time
being if the following circumstances occur.

2.1 In order to cooperate with the People's Procuratorate, public
security organs and state security organs in investigating criminal
acts arising from the use of the Esquare service, and to better
protect the safety of the lives and property of other users, when the
user requests to cancel the account, Esquare will encrypt and isolate
the archived user's personal information during the limitation period
for the prosecution of crimes under the Criminal Law;

2.2 In the event of serious violations of laws and regulations, user
agreements, etc. in the course of your use of the Esquare services,
your illegal, breach of contract and corresponding platform credit
history will be kept permanently.
- 2) The place where the information is stored
-
1. In accordance with laws and regulations, Esquare stores your
personal information collected and generated during its operations on
overseas servers.

2. Esquare does not exist to provide personal information to any
parties outside of operating country. In the event of future transfers
of personal information in this nature, Esquare will explicitly inform
you of the purpose of the personal information leaving the operating
country, the recipient, security measures, etc., with your consent.
IV. Your personal rights
- 1) Access your personal information

You have access to your personal information, with the exception
provided for in laws and regulations. If you want to exercise data
access, you can access it yourself by:

You can view your username, mobile phone number, and permissions
through Esquare O&M Console-> Member Management -> Account Admin. You
can view your personal profile picture, username, and user ID through
Esquare O&M Manager.
- 2) Correct your personal information
-
You can modify your account information (username and mobile number),
reset your password through Esquare O&M Console-> Member Management ->
Account Admin.
- You can reset the user password via Esquare O&M Manager.
- 3) Delete your personal information
-
You can request the deletion of personal information in the following
situations:
-
1. Esquare processes your personal information in violation of laws
and regulations.
-
2. Esquare collects and uses your personal information without your
consent.
-
3. Esquare processes of personal information in violation of the
agreement between the two parties.
-
4. You no longer use Esquare products or services, or you request to
cancel the account.
- 5. Esquare no longer provides you with products or services.
- 4) Cancel your account
- You can request to cancel your account by:
-
1. Log in to Esquare O&M Manager and submit your account cancellation
request through the O&M Console-> Member Management -> Account Admin.
-
2. After you voluntarily cancel your account, Esquare will stop
providing services to you and will store your personal information for
the period stipulated in this policy, and Esquare will anonymize your
personal information after the expiration of the term of protection.

5) Change the scope of your authorized consent
-
1. Each business function requires some basic personal information to
be completed (see "I. Collection and Use of Personal Information" in
this policy). You may at any time give or withdraw your authorization
consent for the collection and use of additionally collected personal
information.

2. You may set or turn off the relevant permissions on your device
(see "I. Collection and Use of Personal Information") in your device
to change the extent to which you authorize Esquare to continue to
collect personal information or to withdraw your authorization.

3. When you withdraw your consent, Esquare will no longer process the
appropriate personal information. However, your decision to withdraw
your consent will not affect the processing of personal information
previously based on your authorization.
- 6) Report a complaint

If you believe that your personal information rights may be infringed,
or if you find clues that violate your personal information rights,
you can contact Esquare via customer service email.
- 7) Access to the Privacy Policy
-
You can view the full contents of this policy on the registration page
or by logging into your personal account -> Settings -> Privacy
Policy.

8) Operation termination and informing rights
-
1. In the event that esquare's products or services cease to operate,
Esquare will make an announcement on the Esquare platform at least 30
working days in advance and stop collecting personal information in a
timely manner.
-
2. After the cessation of operations, Esquare will stop the commercial
use of personal information and anonymize the personal information
collected after meeting the minimum period of storage stipulated by
laws and regulations.
V. How we protect your personal information

1) Esquare will adopt strict security
systems and industry-wide security technologies and procedures to
ensure that your personal information is not lost, disclosed, damaged
or accessed or used without authorization.

2) Esquare establishes specialized
management systems, processes and organizations to ensure the security
of information. For example, Esquare assigns access to data in strict
accordance with its job responsibilities and signs nondisclosure
agreements with its stakeholders that require them to comply with
confidentiality obligations.

3) Esquare takes the following
security technical measures to protect your personal information:

1. the user's personal information is encrypted and stored in the
server through the data isolation technology in storage.
- 2. data transfer using encryption transmission.

3. strictly controlled data access, and a sound data access request
and approval system in place.

4. the establishment of data security monitoring and approval system,
comprehensive data security control.

4)You understand and understand that,
even if Esquare has taken such reasonable and effective measures and
complied with the standards required by applicable law, it is not
always possible to guarantee the 100 per cent security of the
information, such as the loss, disclosure, destruction or unauthorized
access or use of your personal information due to technical
limitations and possible malicious means, esquare will notify you in a
reasonable and effective manner (e.g., by push notification, SMS,
etc.) as required by law and regulations, when it is difficult to
inform you on a case-by-case basis, Esquare will make a reasonable and
effective announcement to you in a timely manner: the basic
circumstances and possible impact of the security incident, the
disposition measures that Esquare has taken or will take, the
recommendations you may take to prevent and reduce the risk on your
own, the remedial measures for you, etc. At the same time, we will
also be in accordance with the requirements of the relevant regulatory
authorities, to report the disposal of user information security
incidents.

5) Esquare hereby reminds you that the
personal information protections provided in this policy apply only to
the Esquare services, and that once you leave the Esquare services,
you browse or use third-party websites, product services and content
resources that may be included in the Esquare platform, such
third-party websites and products are not governed by this policy, and
that the information collected by such third parties is subject to the
privacy policies of third parties. Esquare recommends that you review
the privacy policies of such third parties to understand and be aware
of their personal information collection, use and disclosure
procedures.
VI. How we share, transfer and publicly disclose personal information

Esquare will comply with applicable laws and regulations and keep your
personal information confidential, and Esquare will not share your
personal information with others, except in the following cases:

in accordance with laws and regulations, legal procedures or mandatory

2. In order to improve the quality of Esquare's products and services
or to provide you with new products and services, Esquare will share
your relevant information within the affiliate. We will only share the
necessary personal information and are bound by the purposes stated in
this Privacy Policy, and we will again seek your authorization if we
share your personally sensitive information or if the affiliate
changes the purpose for which personal information is applied and
processed.

esquare may provide you with the information necessary to resolve a
transaction dispute or dispute with a party to your transaction or a
third party with an interest in the transaction in order to assist in
the handling of a transaction dispute or dispute relating to you.

public interest, property or security, to the extent required or
permitted by law.

- 2) Transfer

Esquare does not transfer your personal information to any company,
organization or individual, except in the following cases:

1. Transfer with express consent: With your express consent, Esquare
will transfer your personal information to other parties.

2. In the event of a merger, acquisition or liquidation of Esquare, or
other circumstances involving a merger, acquisition or liquidation, if
the transfer of personal information is involved, Esquare will require
the new company or organization holding your personal information to
remain subject to this policy, otherwise Esquare will require the
company, organization and individual to seek your authorized consent
again.

Esquare will only publicly disclose your personal information if:

law, Esquare may publicly disclose your personal information.

2. In the event of a violation of laws and regulations or a serious
violation of the agreements and rules of the Esquare Platform, or in
order to protect the personal property of Esquare platform users or
the public, Esquare may disclose personal information about you in
accordance with laws and regulations or with your consent, including
related violations and measures taken against you by the Esquare
Platform.

4) Exceptions to obtain prior authorization and consent for the
sharing, transfer or public disclosure of personal information.

The sharing, transfer, and public disclosure of your personal
information does not require prior authorization from you to:
- 1. related to national security, national defense security.

2. related to public safety, public health, major public interests.

3. In connection with judicial or administrative law enforcement, such
as criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of
sentences.

4. in order to safeguard the lives of you or other individuals, such
as major legitimate rights and interests, but it is difficult to get

VII. Terms of Use for Minors

1)Under the guidance of your guardian
before using the Esquare service. If your guardian does not agree to
any of the content of this policy, you should immediately stop using
the Esquare platform.

2) Esquare protects the personal
information of minors in accordance with the relevant laws and
regulations of the State and will only collect, use, share or disclose
the personal information of minors if permitted by law, with the
express consent of parents or other guardians or if necessary to
protect minors.
VIII. Amendments and notices to the Privacy Policy

1)Esquare reserves the right to amend
any provision of this policy, and in the event of a change in the
content of this policy, Esquare will publish the revised content
directly on the Esquare platform, which is deemed to have been
notified to the user by Esquare. Esquare can also prompt the user for
changes in other appropriate ways.

2) If you continue to use the Esquare
services after Esquare announces the changes, you have fully read,
understood and accepted the full contents of these revised policies
and will use them in accordance with this Policy, and you shall stop
using the Esquare services if you do not agree to the changes made to
the relevant provisions of this Policy. If you continue to use the
Esquare services, you agree and accept any changes made by Esquare to
the terms of this policy.

3)If the following changes occur on
the "Esquare" platform, "Esquare" will revise this policy accordingly
in a timely manner:

1, "Esquare" service model has under changed significantly. such as
the purpose of processing personal information, the type of personal
information processed, the use of personal information, etc.

2, "Esquare" ownership structure, organizational structure and other
major changes. such as business adjustments, bankruptcy mergers and
acquisitions, such as owner changes.

3. Changes in the main objects of personal information sharing,
transfer or public disclosure.

4. Your right to participate in the processing of personal information
and the manner in which it is exercised have changed significantly.
